The name of the website is "SAT Companion Tutor".  It is free, shows how to approach questions, allows a student to practice, and monitors student progress.

It's a web site created by a public library that allows their staff to learn Web 2.0 at their own pace.  Originally, they offered prizes to those who completed it.  Even with no prizes, it's a good tutorial.
